Project: Single Dwelling on the River

This steeply sloping site abutting the Maribrynong River provided an ideal opportunity to capture significant and expansive views. Clause 1 was engaged to provide pre-project advice as well as prepare, lodge and manage the planning permit application. Despite a merry-dance with the relevant flood plain management authority and keen interest from the neighbours a permit was issued at the direction of Council.
