Project: Medical Centre

This project involved the construction of a new medical centre on a site within a residential zone affected by a Design and Development Overlay and a Significant Landscape Overlay. The site is also located on a Road Zone Category 1. Clause:1 was bought into this project to assist in resolving a number of complicated conflicting planning issues identified by Council. Multiple third party consultants were engaged to assist in convincing Council to issue a permit and later overcome a number of rigorous Condition 1 requirements.
