In this instance, Clause 1 was engaged to represent Port Phillip City Council at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal in a matter relating to the iconic Greyhound Hotel. The case included a long history of previous planning permits, applications, dealings with Council, VCAT orders, liquor licensing issues and other matters.
