Project: Purpose Built Warehouse and Brothel Use

This client proposed to construct a purpose -built warehouse to operate a licensed brothel in an industrial area of North Sunshine. Extremely stringent regulations control this industry, therefore attention to detail and a sound understanding of the Sex Work Act and other provisions were critical to the success of the project, as well as careful site selection and a comprehensive analysis of the surrounding area. Clause:1 was able to assist the operator in obtaining the relevant approvals and co-ordinate the granting of a Planning Permit without attracting objections or prohibitive planning permit conditions.
