This project typifies the value of getting Clause:1 involved in a project early. Originally engaged to provide pre-application advice as well as prepare and manage the planning permit application, the scope of works doubled in scale when the developer purchased the neighbouring site part way through the project. Carefully structuring the additional works and application(s) ensured our client was able to integrate the two projects with minimum fuss and maximum profit.
