Ashley Thompson, Director
In 2004 Ashley founded Clause: 1 Planning. He currently holds a position on the Planning Advisory Committee of the Building Designers Association of Victoria, regularly presents at industry forums and contributes to industry publications on matters of town planning. Ashley provides advice and services relating to planning scheme amendments, panel hearings, development projects and VCAT representation on a variety of projects across the state. |

David Bayley, Senior Planner
With more than 12 years in statutory and strategic planning roles throughout Australia, New Zealand and the UK David’s experience makes a valuable addition to any project team. His extensive planning knowledge and unparalleled diligence ensures his clients receive the highest quality advice and service. David regularly provides pre-development advice, planning permit and VCAT services in association with a large volume of our major projects and clients. |

Fleur Clausen, Office Manager
Fleur provides administrative support to our planners including liaison with clients, Councils and VCAT. Fleur’s has previously held roles within the Victorian Government and the predecessor to the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal. She is responsible for implementing our office systems and the efficient collation & disbursement of information. |
