Clause 1 was engaged to assist a large syndicate of practitioners with pre-purchase advice and due diligence services prior to this project’s commencement. Our services continued throughout the project and included pre-application advice, liaison with third party consultants, as well as preparation, lodgment and management of the planning permit application.
