Project: Rural Amendments
Municipality: Moorabool Shire Council
Clause 1 was engaged to assist a land owner to lobby Council for the rezoning of their rural land so as to allow for it’s future subdivision. The existing zoning prohibited the subdivision of the land. A large portion of the subject land was successfully included in an amendment to rezone that would allow smaller lot subdivisions.
